About the Role
As part of our digital expansion, you will be responsible for developing and managing our online presence across e-commerce platforms, social media channels, and company websites. Your role will focus on improving brand visibility, increasing online sales, and creating engaging digital content for our fashion and apparel products.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Website Management
- Develop, manage, and maintain the company’s e-commerce website.
- Upload and manage product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, sizing, and high-quality images.
- Ensure smooth website performance, mobile responsiveness, and user-friendly navigation.
- Optimize website content and product pages for SEO and better search rankings.
- Monitor website performance, traffic, and customer engagement.
Marketplace Management
- Manage seller accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Temu, and other marketplaces.
- Maintain inventory synchronization and order management across all platforms.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Handle product updates, promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Create and manage marketing campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google platforms.
- Plan and publish engaging social media content including product photos, reels, and promotional videos.
- Run paid advertising campaigns to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Assist in influencer collaborations and online promotional activities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Design promotional banners, social media posts, and marketing materials using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Capture product photos and create short-form promotional videos.
- Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or mobile editing applications.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or Social Media Management.
- Experience in developing or managing e-commerce websites.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Portal, or similar marketplaces.
- Good understanding of SEO, online consumer behavior, and digital sales strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media marketing platforms.
- Skills in graphic design tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
- Experience in product photography and short video editing.
- Strong English communication skills; Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
- Creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fashion, garments, or apparel industry marketing.
- Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or WordPress websites.
- Understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Ability to create engaging fashion-related digital content.
